1. Our Standard of Quality We want you to be fully satisfied with your ARTE MAGNUN shoes. If the fit or style isn’t right, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Returns (The Carpet Rule) To qualify for a refund or exchange, footwear must be returned in pristine, resellable condition:
- Unworn Condition: Shoes must have no creases on the uppers and absolutely no scuffs or marks on the soles. We strongly advise trying your shoes on a clean, carpeted surface. Footwear showing signs of outdoor wear or hard-floor scuffing will not be accepted.
- Original Packaging: Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged ARTE MAGNUN shoebox, along with any included dust bags. The shoebox must be placed inside a separate, outer shipping box to prevent transit damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened shoe care products (e.g., polishes, creams, brushes).
- Gift cards.
- Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale.”
4. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the shoes arrived defective or we made an error with your order.
5. Processing Refunds Once your return arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
