1. Order Processing We aim to dispatch your new footwear as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking information once the carrier has collected your package.
2. Shipping Rates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options.
3. International Shipping ARTE MAGNUN LIMITED ships internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees levied by the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Items: If your shoes arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage.
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier. ARTE MAGNUN LIMITED is not liable for packages lost or stolen after they have been confirmed delivered by the carrier.
